These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Qlir Publishing. Your use of the Site—including browsing product pages, using the customer dashboard, listening to podcast or radio content, signing up for notifications, or following affiliate links—means you accept these Terms.

We may update the Site, add or remove features, or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use complies with applicable laws in your location.

Qlir Publishing is a creative publishing company. The Site helps visitors discover and explore our books, notebooks, journals, activity books, and collections; listen to the Qlir Podcast and Radio Qlir; browse curated affiliate recommendations and Stationery Finds; and use optional customer dashboard tools such as wishlists, collection tracking, gift planning, shared wishlists, notify-me requests, newsletter preferences, and profile settings.

The Site is primarily an informational and discovery platform. Unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific page, Qlir Publishing does not process product purchases directly through the Site.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any connected systems.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically download Site content, product data, or media except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by standard browser/search-engine functionality.
• Do not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to overload, disrupt, or impair the Site.
• Do not impersonate Qlir Publishing, our team, another user, or any person or entity.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access dashboard features, submit forms, or send communications in a way that burdens or abuses the Site.
• Do not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as allowed under applicable law.
• Do not use shared wishlist links, email features, or notify-me tools to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, dashboard features, or related services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

The Site and its content—including text, product descriptions, cover artwork, interior previews, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, audio branding, page layouts, collection names, and the “Qlir Publishing” name and related branding—are owned by Qlir Publishing or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.

Third-party names, logos, and products referenced on the Site (including Amazon and streaming platforms) belong to their respective owners. Reference to third parties does not imply endorsement beyond what is expressly stated on the Site.

We work to keep product information, cover images, descriptions, formats, availability, and Amazon links accurate and up to date. However, product details may change without notice, and occasional errors or omissions may occur.

Prices, taxes, shipping, delivery times, promotions, and checkout terms for Qlir Publishing products are determined by Amazon or other third-party sellers at the time of purchase—not by the prices or information shown on the Site.

When you click an Amazon or other external purchase link, you leave the Site and transact directly with that third party under its own terms, policies, and customer service processes. Qlir Publishing is not responsible for third-party order fulfillment, billing, returns, refunds, or disputes.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell where prohibited, a guarantee of availability, or a promise that a product will meet your specific expectations.

Some pages on the Site include affiliate recommendations, including curated Stationery Finds and product suggestions selected to complement Qlir collections. We participate in the Amazon Associates Program and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through certain links.

Affiliate recommendations are editorial in nature. They reflect products we believe may be useful or complementary; they are not guarantees of quality, suitability, or lowest price. Third-party products and sellers are independent of Qlir Publishing.

The customer dashboard provides optional tools for personal organization, including wishlists, a collection of Qlir products you own, gift planning, shared wishlist links, profile settings, newsletter preferences, and notify-me subscriptions. The dashboard is not a checkout account and does not process purchases through the Site.

The dashboard pages require an authenticated account. You may save wishlist, collection, and gift planner choices from product pages before signing in; those guest saves are stored with us and merge into your account when you register or sign in with the same browser.

When you are signed in, wishlist items, collection entries, gift plans, share settings, display name, avatar, newsletter preferences, and related dashboard information are stored with your account—not as a list saved only in your browser.

When you provide an email address through account registration, the dashboard, a notify-me request, wishlist sharing, or related Site features, you consent to Qlir storing that email and related information as needed to operate those features. Depending on the features you use, this may include product availability subscriptions, wishlist or collection interests, newsletter preferences, and similar details associated with your account. We may use this information to send availability notifications, wishlist-related emails, and other communications described in our Privacy Policy.

Notify-me requests submitted on product pages are stored with the requested product details so we can contact you if the product becomes available. When you are signed in, notify-me subscriptions may also appear in your dashboard. Sending a wishlist by email processes the recipient address to deliver the message.

Because dashboard data is stored with your account, access to dashboard pages requires a valid sign-in session. If you sign out or use a different browser or device without signing in, you will not have access to your dashboard until you authenticate again.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping shared wishlist links private when sharing is enabled. Anyone with an active share link may view the wishlist items reflected in that link.

Dashboard features are provided for personal organization and gifting convenience. They do not create a purchase contract, order reservation, or inventory hold with Qlir Publishing or Amazon.

The Qlir Podcast, Radio Qlir, collection videos, and other embedded media may be delivered through third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, or similar services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Streaming availability, episode listings, playback quality, and platform features may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any audio, video, or embedded content.

If you use Site features that involve email—such as sharing a wishlist by email, contacting us through our contact form, or submitting a notify-me or similar notification request—you agree to provide accurate information and to use those features only for lawful, permitted purposes.

When you submit a notify-me request for product availability, we store your email address and related product details so we can contact you if the product becomes available. Submitting a notify-me request does not guarantee that a product will be restocked, that notification will be sent, or that pricing or availability will remain unchanged.

If you provide your email through the dashboard or other Site features, we may send you availability alerts, wishlist-related messages, and other updates consistent with your choices and our Privacy Policy. Newsletter preferences you set in the dashboard are stored with your account.

You may not use Site communication tools to transmit unlawful content, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages.

When you enable wishlist sharing, add a display name, send a wishlist by email, or provide profile or gift-planning details, you are responsible for the information you choose to share.

You represent that you have the right to share any names, email addresses, or messages you submit and that doing so does not violate anyone’s privacy or applicable law.

Qlir Publishing does not routinely monitor dashboard content. We may review or act on information submitted through Site forms or email features if needed to operate the Site, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

QLIR PUBLISHING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT PRODUCT INFORMATION, LINKS, OR NOTIFICATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QLIR PUBLISHING AND ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Qlir Publishing does not sell products, process payments, or complete product transactions directly through the Site. When you choose to purchase a Qlir Publishing product, you may be redirected to Amazon or another third-party retailer, marketplace, distributor, or sales platform.

Any purchase completed through a third-party platform is a transaction conducted through that platform or the seller identified by that platform and is subject to the applicable third party's own terms and conditions, privacy policies, payment terms, shipping and delivery policies, return and refund policies, warranties, and other applicable policies.

Qlir Publishing does not control and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for third-party checkout systems, payment processing, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, account security, retailer pricing, taxes, promotions, product availability, delivery estimates, or other transactional services provided by third-party retailers, marketplaces, distributors, or sellers.

Prices, availability, shipping options, delivery estimates, promotions, taxes, and other purchase-related information displayed by third-party platforms may change without notice and are determined by the applicable retailer, marketplace, distributor, or seller.

Links to third-party platforms are provided for convenience and to help visitors locate Qlir Publishing products. The inclusion of such links does not make Qlir Publishing responsible for the operation, availability, security, practices, policies, content, or services of those third-party platforms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF QLIR PUBLISHING AND ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, THAT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO QLIR PUBLISHING SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES PROVIDED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Purchases made through Amazon or any other third-party retailer, marketplace, distributor, or sales platform are not payments made to Qlir Publishing for access to or use of the Site and are not included in the calculation of this limitation.

The Site is currently free to access and use, and Qlir Publishing does not currently process product purchases directly through the Site. Accordingly, visitors generally do not pay Qlir Publishing any fee for accessing or using the Site.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations contained in this section will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qlir Publishing and its founder, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or information you submit or share through the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes may also be noted elsewhere on the Site when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires a different forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced on specific Site pages, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qlir Publishing regarding use of the Site.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
